“I work out live at 6am MWF and some Saturdays. This fits my schedule and makes me accountable. I really enjoy the HIIT style classes that combine mostly strength, some cardio and core!!! It’s the perfect blend for a full body workout and gets my day started with positive energy. I also do the recorded workout when I am traveling – I just throw some bands in the carry on and stay fit while on the road.
